Our Qingdao office will follow the official three-day holiday arrangement, giving our office team time to rest, reunite with their families and enjoy the festival.
However, our production team has made a different arrangement.
After discussing the holiday schedule with our factory employees and listening to their opinions, the factory team decided to take one day off during the Mid-Autumn Festival, while continuing production during the other two days.
This is not simply about keeping the factory running.
It is about making sure that the time our customers invest in their projects is respected.
We understand that an international construction project involves much more than steel components.
There are drawings to confirm, production schedules to coordinate, containers to arrange, vessels to book, customs procedures to complete, and installation plans to prepare.
A delay at one stage can sometimes affect several stages that follow.
For customers working on villas, resorts, warehouses, public buildings, staff accommodation or other steel structure projects, time is an important part of the project cost.
That is why our factory team has chosen to maintain production for two additional days during the holiday period.
