Jetty Board And Arrival Pavillion
Jetty Board And Arrival Pavillion is a resort public building case for an island arrival zone. The project combines an over-water jetty boardwalk, marine support works and a covered arrival pavilion that becomes the first architectural touchpoint guests see after reaching the island. For island resorts, the arrival jetty is more than a landing platform. It must handle boat access, luggage movement, guest circulation, service access, wave exposure and long-term maintenance in a salty coastal environment. The images in this case show the progression from pile and deck works to the completed pavilion and boardwalk, making the construction logic easy for owners and project teams to understand. Ailande's steel structure and marine construction coordination support fast installation, clear structural alignment and a clean resort appearance. Corrosion-conscious detailing, reliable connections and coordinated finishing are especially important for public buildings exposed to sea spray, humidity and daily guest traffic.
