EI Nido Beach Resort Project

EI Nido Beach Resort Project is a steel frame villa case for a coastal resort setting in El Nido, Palawan, Philippines. The site concept follows the region's tropical hospitality demand: ocean-view villas, beach villa living spaces, private resort experiences and low-impact construction near sensitive shorelines. For this project, the structural focus was to support premium resort architecture with prefabricated steel framing that can be planned in China, protected for marine exposure, packed by construction sequence and assembled more efficiently after materials arrive on site. Compared with fully site-built solutions, this approach helps reduce uncertain island labor work, improve component accuracy and keep installation easier to manage in humid, salt-air conditions. The case record combines design renderings, processing planning and field photos. It shows how Island Steel Buildings turns a resort-villa design into a practical buildable system by connecting architectural appearance, corrosion protection, transportation planning, on-site installation and future maintenance needs.
